Colin M. Hall is the founder and CEO of CMH Limited, an independent consulting firm providing strategic and financial advice since 2022. Prior to that, Colin was the Head of Investments for Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (“GBL”), a publicly-traded investment holding company in Europe. GBL manages approximately $20 billion of permanent balance sheet capital in a portfolio of listed equities and alternative assets. He also served as the CEO of Sienna, the alternative assets platform of GBL, and on several of GBL’s public and private portfolio company boards.
Before joining GBL in 2012, Colin worked for over a decade with the Rhône Group, a private equity firm based in New York and London. He was also a partner at a hedge fund backed by Tiger Management. He began his career as a financial analyst in the Merchant Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in 1995 and has over 30 years of experience in alternative assets.
Colin is a magna cum laude graduate of Amherst College with a bachelor’s degree in History. He received his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
