Federico Gallenzi has served as an Investment Manager at Sagard in Europe since 2023. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Federico invests in middle market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and plays an active role in executing investment transactions as well as monitoring portfolio companies. He is based in Milan, Italy.
Prior to Sagard, Federico was an Investment Professional at Searchlight Capital Partners in London where he has been involved in the execution and monitoring of several Private Equity transactions, notably in the TMT and Industrial Sectors.
Before that, Federico was a Senior Associate Consultant in the Private Equity Group of Bain & Company in London.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Politics from SOAS University of London.
