Mark Bigarel is the Chief Operating Officer & Head of Investments for Sagard Real Estate. Mark is responsible for managing the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Property Management and Development Groups at the firm. Mark is a member of Sagard Real Estate’s Investment, Valuation, Finance, and Executive Committees. He has over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been directly involved with closing over $3B worth of real estate assets and has overseen an additional $3B+ of acquisitions.
Prior to Mark’s role at Sagard Real Estate, he worked in Asset Management at GE Capital and Acquisitions at BlackRock. Mark received his M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Clarkson University and his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Cortland College.
