Melody Chao is an Associate at Sagard and joined the firm in 2021. As a member of Sagard Credit Partners, Melody invests in non-sponsored credit opportunities in the North American middle market and is responsible for conducting financial, market and company diligence on new potential investments. She also supports the team through the development and maintenance of financial models to depict and evaluate companies. Melody is based in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Melody worked as a Data Analyst with the Government of Ontario and supported a program-wide transformation for family support payments.
Melody holds an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
