Paul is the President of Fink Advisory Management Corp (FAMC) where he provides advice to a range of companies including a US-based platform, a UK-based company focused on thematic-quant investing, a Canadian prop-tech company in the rent-to-own space, a Canadian family business with interests in construction and real estate plus a few smaller contracts with various companies.
Prior to this, he oversaw a global real estate platform that totals $28 billion in assets under management, in Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and Ireland. He worked closely with these four regional offices to expand Great-West LIFECO’s real estate business by attracting third-party investors and continuing to grow our existing client base.
Previously, Paul was President of GWL Realty Advisors for 18 years. Under his leadership, Paul grew the company’s real estate portfolio from $800 million in Canada to $17 billion in Canada and the U.S. Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate Industry. He holds a Bachelor and a Master of Applied Science degree from Queen’s University and a Master of Business Administration degree from McGill University.
