Racel McMurray is Senior Director, Human Resources, overseeing Sagard Real Estate’s Human Resources function and provides strategic leadership around talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture development to support and engage employees across more than 15 office locations in the U.S. Racel serves as Chair Committee member of Sagard Real Estate’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Committee and is an active member of the Culture and Mentorship Committee.
Prior to her role at Sagard Real Estate, Racel was the former HR Director for the Regional Transportation District (RTD), she led a team of 26 HR professionals and served as one of RTD’s Board Trustee Members. Racel holds a Master’s in Organizational Performance and Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University.
