Sarah Caraman is Director, Corporate Development at Sagard and joined the firm in 2023. Sarah drives the creation and implementation of Sagard’s corporate strategy and supports initiatives to grow Sagard’s business and reach. She is a member of the Corporate Development team and is based in Montreal, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Sarah was Director of Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Diagram, Sagard’s venture studio strategy. Before that, Sarah worked on the Strategy, Transformation and M&A team at Cirque du Soleil, as well as a boutique strategy consulting firm.
Sarah holds a B.Com. degree (with great distinction) from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University.
