Sid Singh is a Principal at Sagard and joined the firm in 2022. As a member of Sagard Senior Lending Partners, Sid invests in non-sponsored credit opportunities in the North American middle market and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management. He is based in New York, United States.
Prior to Sagard, Sid was an Analyst at Clearline Capital, a value-oriented long / short hedge fund. At Clearline, he was responsible for making equity and credit investments in a variety of industries including healthcare, industrial, and automotive. Sid has a diverse investment background across a variety of asset classes (public credit, private credit, distressed credit) and has worked at H.I.G. Capital (Bayside), KKR Credit (where he worked with Dev), Amtek International (Corporate), and Neptune Financial, Sid began his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Americas Special Situations Group.
Sid holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Business Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
