Victoire Consten is a Director at Sagard and joined the firm in 2023.
Before joining Sagard, Victoire spent more than two years as an investor at Endeavour Vision, a growth private equity firm specialized in healthcare where she participated to investments primarily in the US and in Europe. She previously worked for four years in the corporate development team of Smith + Nephew in London, where she led many M&A transactions in Europe and in the US and participated in deal integration processes.
Victoire started her career at Morgan Stanley in London within the Healthcare team. She holds a MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School, France.
